4. Project Engagement

4.2 Payment Terms

We may terminate a project if:

• Client fails to provide necessary materials or feedback
• Client breaches these Terms

10. Use of AI Technology

Our quote request system uses AI technology (Google Gemini) to facilitate communication and generate project proposals. By using this service:

• You acknowledge that AI is used to process your requests
• You agree that AI-generated content will be reviewed by our team
• You understand that final deliverables are created by our professional team

11. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services and tools in delivering our services. We are not responsible for the performance or policies of third-party services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PROMPTS PRODUCTIONS LTD from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
